Ed's Shop Finished

To show everybody that Ford Racing Performance Parts work real well, and we 'race what we sell', they used the following goodies from our stockroom - 5 lug rotor conversion and pads, 4.88:1 gears, cap stud kit, axle girdle, aluminum drive shaft and safety loop, caster/camber plates, sub frame connectors, chrome AOD tranny pan, aluminum radiator, tachometer and gauges, high torque starter, hood pin kit and V8 badges, chrome t/stat housing, valve covers and gaskets, oil caps, and roller timing chain.

The engine has a MSD distributor, Demon carburetor and custom headers. Ed Crilly Chassisworks is responsible for much of the structural work such as roll cage and suspension mods. Larry at West Carleton Automotive freshened the engine, which is a 351C with a Demon 750 carb on top of an Edelbrock Torker intake.

The spark is handled by a complete MSD system, including a billet distributor, Blaster2 coil, and a 6AL ignition box. Taylor '409' wires get the juice to the plugs. UPR Products supply many shiny and functional pieces for Mustangs and the coupe has a polished rad cover, upper rear torque box reinforcements, Pro Series aluminum rear spherical bushing, Pro Series bumpsteer kit, and billet wiper-delete kit.

Other products throughout the body and chassis include:

  • Hal Motorsports tubular k-frame
  • Lakewood 90/10 front struts
  • Granatelli drag race front coilover conversion
  • Russell fuel lines and fittings
  • Competition Engineering / Crilly Chassisworks 8pt. roll bar
  • Granatelli single adjustable Weight Jacker rear lower control arms
  • Edelbrock double adjustable rear upper control arms
  • Competition Engineering 3-way adjustable rear shocks
  • Grant Industries custom steering wheel and adapter
  • B&M shifter

  • RCI aluminum seat, seat cover and 5pt. safety harness
  • Holley fuel pump and regulator
  • RCI 8 gallon fuel cell
  • Competition Engineering steel battery box

All these goodies came from our warehouse, and you too can build a killer car with our help.
