All Motorsport parts, performance parts and or parts and items listed in the Motorsports section of this web site are sold "AS IS" without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON PERFORMANCE PARTS.

MOTORSPORT PARTS ARE DESIGNED FOR OFF-HIGHWAY OR RACING USE.

Because U.S., Canadian, state or provincial laws and regulation may prohibit removal or modification of components that were installed by the vehicle's manufacturer to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads, Campbell Racing Parts recommends that vehicles equipped with Motorsport parts not be operated on public roads, and offers such parts only for track or off-highway competitive or performance use. Motorsport parts are intended for off-highway application only. Installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate U.S., Canadian, sate or provincial laws and regulations including those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. In California certain parts may legally be used on a racing vehicle which will never be operated on public roads. In addition, installation of Motorsport parts may adversely affect the warranty coverage on your vehicle. Other local, state, provincial, territorial, or international laws may apply to the use of these parts. Please check your local laws before purchasing or using these parts.

Returns:

• No returns without original invoice.
• No returns after 10 days.
• No returns or refunds on "Special Orders."
• No returns on Electrical parts.

No returns on mounted wheels. Please check size, bolt pattern, back-spacing and offset before installing

To ensure credit for your returns, please do the following

1. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT
   • WE WILL ACCEPT RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT.
   • WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THIS AUTHORIZED RETURN PERIOD.
   
   
2. Visit our website www.campbellracingparts.com and fill out the on-line form for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ("R.A.N.") After 10 days, any problems you have with your equipment should be addressed directly to the manufacturer. Your return must be received by Campbell Racing Parts / Campbell Ford Ltd. within 10 days from the date the R.A.N.# is issued. Customer Support, exchange or credit issues for all items sold on this site must be handled through this web site.
   
3. To assure credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition unused. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL, unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturer's original (product) cartons.
   SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
   
4. Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Print the "R.A.N." number on shipping carton. Ship returned items back prepaid by the most convenient means. We suggest you ship by an insurable method. Please enclose a "copy" (keep original) of your sales receipt.
   
5. Credit for returns are normally processed within the same business day we receive the merchandise. Credit will be a refund applied to the credit card used when the original order was placed. Campbell Racing Parts / Campbell Ford Ltd. is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified by the manufacturer.
   

Customer Support and credit issues for all items sold on this site must be handled through this web site.

Return Authorization Number Request Form (R.A.N.)

We ask that you please fill out and submit the return form to return or exchange any product purchased at Campbell Racing parts.

Please submit a separate request for each product.

Each item must have it's own unique RAN.

When we receive your request we will than email you a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number) that should be clearly written on the returned package's shipping box.

No returns will be processed without one.

Using this procedure will help in keeping our processing costs down so we can pass the savings on to you!

Freight:

Freight for online orders will be calculated automatically, based on the weight and dimensions of the order. All orders will be shipped United Parcel Service 'ground' unless otherwise requested. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days, depending on location. We offer rush shipping on request for prepaid orders. Some items are not available for air shipment. Certain items must be shipped truck freight due to size or weight. All truck freight is prepaid by CRP and added to the customer invoice. Residential delivery by truck freight will add $35 to your shipping charges. Hydraulic tailgate delivery will add $75 to your shipping charges.

Pricing/Photos

All attempts will be made to maintain pricing as published, but CRP cannot be held responsible for regular market fluctuations and typographical errors. Please verify pricing with your sales representative at the time of order placement. All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to ongoing design, development, and product updates, actual products may differ from photos in the catalog and website.

Damage

If there is damage to a shipment, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If the carton appears damaged upon delivery, inspect carefully the contents and their condition immediately, and report any concerns to the driver. Retain all packing materials and file a claim with the shipping company. Please do not return the product to CRP without prior authorization.

Backorders

If we happen to be out of stock on an item, a partial shipment will be made unless complete shipment is specified at the time of order. The backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. A backorder may be cancelled after 60 days, at which time a refund will be issued if due.

Installation

Many of the parts in this catalog require special tools or skills in order to be installed properly. Improper installation may cause damage to the components installed, or to other components in the vehicle. Personal injury or death may result from improper installation.

Claims

All statements regarding horsepower or performance improvements are believed to be accurate. Due to varying vehicle conditions and other modifications, CRP cannot be held responsible for final results. CRP cannot be held liable for improper installation or misuse of any parts.
